    What is the deal with this guys,

    On Paxful (bitcoin trading site)

    There are heaps of Nigerians offering to pay 2x the value of bitcoin to Nigerian bank accounts.

    What sort of scam are they running?

    I am not Nigerian so I don't have a Nigerian bank account. I assume its dodgy because who the hell would pay double the price of something, I just want to understand exactly what racket they have.

    Any email, deal or offer with Nigerian in it is a massive red flag IMO

    You would get the money then would probaly have it taken off you a few weeks later by the bank
