Seems like he's been inactive for quite some time. Can you post some detailed proof showing you resolved the issue?

Since there is no way of confirming he got his rides or not, you will have to complete a giveaway in order to get your ban lifted.

The giveaway has to be equivalent to what was scammed, either in monetary value or the exact thing that was scammed. A winner will be chosen by a middleman after 72 hours. Please post a giveaway in this section linked below.
