I'll give this a try as soon as rockstar warehouse confirms my purchase of the game (don't want to ruin my legit account in case of ban) Did anyone get banned or suspended from this yet? also does someone have experience with rockstar warehouse since I am waiting for 14+ hours now and still no confirm email or order in my account history, very weird.

From personal experience, as long as you don't do money drops, and use these tools fairly modestly (only make about 30M a day, or do one of these exploit tools 2-3 times per day), you'll be safe, and DO periodically check that the tools don't happen to be detected... That's an easy way to get banned, if it's detected already.

Had a friend buy GTAV through R*W and they didn't activate it for about 5 days. Apparently, they've got some trash customer service.

There's always a chance of getting banned for using tools like this. Just don't use it too much. I made about 30mil in a few days by using it just 2-3 times a day.
No ban so far.

It took me about 3 months to get banned by using mod like this. It's really matter of time before they notices. Money hacks gets banned easier because R* and their priorities.
