There are two roulette games in the non high-roller area. Look at them from the slot machines area, one is to the left and one to the right edge of the play area.

Sit down, then select which one you are sitting at and it should work. If it doesn't try a new session. Close after by pressing num0 as it is hidden.

Still working for me, I can't seem to get any millions with the single 10 bet.

So I bet max on green, then loss on purpose, then max on green and lose on purpose, and so far so good...

I just used it and it still works. Its now pretty much left table only as they have added NPC's to the right table

I'm in a similar position here. I don't know why, but it DOES land on zero every time, but doesn't seem to do the altered payout. Was gonna do this to get a bunch of chips just for silly crap with friends (because the casino in this game is more rigged than a REAL one...), but I only ever get the 360 from the 10, and the 18 grand from the max bet, which is gonna take me forever. Not to mention it makes it more likely I'll get a ban from it...

Not sure R* really cares anymore, with RDR2 out, but still. I prefer not sticking to obvious methods of getting cash. This is a neat tool, but it seems fairly flighty for me.

You can check beforehand if the betting will actually give you 69444 as the max bet instead of just the normal 10 max.
If it shows that your max bet is only 10, there's most likely something going on in the current lobby that you're in and you'd need to find a new session.
Finding a new session helps get rid of this thing, you just need to have some patience to find the right lobby
