Refunding service for In-dia

Hey fellas,

I am looking for someone who can do refunding for In-dian stores OR US stores with payment made from In-dian paypal.
I need PC parts and a phone.
I have few options.

1. newegg, ships to US, pays with my paypal.
2. newegg ships international to my country, and use my paypal.

same for other ele. store. Need Pc parts and a phone as mentioned earlier. Oneplus probably.

Local amazon store and oneplus is preferred. If not, can go for as mentioned above.

Newegg works fine with Indian PayPal, you just have to pay a little extra for transaction and conversion fees.
also for phone: OnePlus India is not refundable nor returnable, so you cannot return the phone if you fail the refund.

Besides this, there are multiple shopping sites that ship items worldwide but have to pay using a card.

Bump, still looking. Need new CPU and Mobo from amazon. Also, used a guy's service for oneplus, He failed to get my refund. I am hoping for an experience guy for nxt one.
