There are three addresses that hold the amount of your bet. Select them all and right click on any one. Choose the context menu option "find what writes to this address". It should say in there what the expected value of the pointer is. Then click the add address manually button. Paste the pointer value into the address field. Once added set the pointer address to active (red x) and change value to 55,000 (the combined limit of all inside and outside bets). Then select the 3 original addresses, don't set them to active since they need to zero out after each bet. Make your bet, doesn't matter the amount, the addresses should show that number. Now right click and change value to 55,000. You will now get a 2,300,000 payout (2,245,000 profit on a 55,000 bet). You can do three of these before the casino locks you out for some cooldown period of around an hour or maybe just 48 minutes.
Note: if you go higher than 55,000 it gives you a transaction failed error.
Further research:
1. change the remaining cooldown time (probably a float or a double, isolate unknown initial value, then with decreased value until it goes away then as soon as it starts again increased value, might have to do a lot of iterations).
2. block the inventory/price data check. find and replace the code in the execution loop with something innocuous that doesn't cause the client to crash.

The method to find your lucky number and raise your bet to 50k on a high roll table worked for me today, but i used it 3 times and have to stay out of the casino now for a little time xD whats worse: i think i cant chance my jetons back for this time either, so now i have like 5M on my Hand, but its only "useless" jetons i cant play with. Well done R* for this kind but frustrating anticheat

After reading comment 12, I found the following:

I tested using what he said, I inc my bet with 1k every time. I noticed that on 65k (can't go any higher) I make roughly 2.3m per roll. Then I can win 3 times taking my total to about 7m per hour (they kick you off after the 3rd win). Mainly you can do that every hour or so

The addresses on the cheat table dosent work, I am very sorry about that. But as you can see, there are many others who explaine how this works and it still works to this day. I will look more in to making a table that worsk for everyone

If anyone reading this, it still works, but only for the high limit all the way to the right. Bascally, although the roulette is randomised, the end result is still a number, which can be changed easily. If you set a number in cheat engine and pin it and place bet on it, although the number was randomised, it will still become the number you set, which is quite magical. I got 6M out of this in 1 setting, casino kicked me out lol.

I think basically you can't, but sometimes variables are not secured (in this case roulette's result), and you can exploit from it. Otherwise changing variables will get you banned.
