If you spend under the reward amount, you won’t be able to redeem the full value of the reward. When you get to the register, either tell them the Phone # associated with the account or show them the member ID barcode on the App for the cashier to scan and let them know you have/want to redeem all your points. Make sure to remove your name from the account once done.
