RP Gifting Ban?

So my League account got suspended recently for "suspicious or fraudulent activity" as shown in the screenshot, and I suspect this was due to buying cracked RP accounts and gifting to my main. I've done this quite a lot before but have never had any issues with it such as revoked skins in the past. I was under the impression that if the account owner reported the RP missing, Riot would remove the gifts instead of issuing a ban. Has anyone had this kind of lock and gotten Riot support to unlock the account?

Well I never cracked RP accounts or whatever, but try your luck contacting their support team.

Could possibly be manual since you've done this in the past. I also thought they only remove the gifted if reported.

Will leave a follow up for anyone that sees this in the future:
So I contacted support and they confirmed it was indeed for receiving the gifts. They made it seem like the sole reason for suspending the account was the large volume of gifts I had received from compromised accounts, which IIRC was in excess of $500 worth of RP. The message stated that the decision would not be reversed so I did not attempt an appeal. I would recommend anyone that is buying RP gifts to limit how much your account receives and limit how many accounts you receive RP from. Also unverified accounts don't exactly mean safe, I'm fairly certain the report that led to my ban was for an originally unverified account that I registered to a fresh alt email.

EDIT: On a side note, my IRL friend who had received multiple gifts from my main account using RP that I had purchased legitimately also got his account suspended for the same reason even though he never actually got any RP from cracked accounts... We are in the process of fighting that one but he got the same copypasta message saying no reversing decision and whatnot so the chances are pretty slim IMO. The Rioter did ask him whether he used a 3rd party RP service, to which he answered "no" because it was true he never used an RP service but I guess that answer was bad. I did not get asked whether I used a service.

You guys broke the ToS that you agreed to. Everything even skins ingame belongs to Riot, and you guys used cracked accounts to transfer RP or Skins, therefore you get banned, so does anyone who recieved gifts from your account.
It's like playing with a scripter for 10 games, you also get banned if he's your Duo.

I get that in the case of the scripter you benefit from being his duo, but I don't see how that applies here. Does this mean that everyone that's on my friend list should be banned as well? He didn't benefit whatsoever, all the gifts I sent were using RP bought with my credit card from Riot.

Probably they think your account is one of many cracked accounts that is used to send other players ingame goods and what not, that's why they still banned him. Doesn't matter if you bought him gifts from your CC or not, it was sent through your flagged account.
It's like transferring stolen money from one bank account to the other.

They sometimes offer you that you pay the 'fraudulent' payment and complete it yourself (mostly when it's on your own account tho, not gift) - can still try your luck and see what support has to say about that

Hello,
I currently have an RP sale store.
If you buy cracked accounts with RP.
Verify that they have +1 year of inactivity.
If you buy more recent, the owner will report to whom the gifts were sent and they will review and see all your history = BAN.

Next time you do this, after you finish gifting unfriend yourself, and use a third party application and play a game of ranked on that account with chat spammer saying "KYSKYSKYS" and you'd have no problem getting banned
