Trying to connect to a chat for like 5 or 6 hours just cliking and keep refreshing and same problem always, changed password tested all...
Tried using VPN - No Fix
Tried using different browser - No Fix
So frustrating, really need help with this maybe best would be if you can just clear my contacts, I can't work like this
All was working perfectly fine 6-7 days before
If problem is with PC, I would experience laggs before or shits, I really have no idea what to do this fucks up mine shop a lot
If this can't be fixed, maybe clearing my contacts would be best solution......

Day #6 Still trying to connect, same error (Already connceted or when i open lobby i can't reply to any messages and disconnects me after 5-10 seconds)
Trying for like 6-7 hours to connect like a retard and still got no support to fix a problem, looks good

I think this issue is just that you have a ton of contacts and it's just taking really long to load. If that's the case, you can ask @Dave84311 to delete all of your contacts for you.

What is the maximum number of chat contacts we can hold? Also, If we were to delete the contacts, would it delete the chat history too?

I'm not sure about the contacts, but if you delete someone and add them again the chat history will be back.

This is really frustrating, I can't keep doing this for hours, thread was started like 3 weeks ago and I still got 0 support, issue didn't fixed I tried a lot of things, I didn't turn my PC off just to don't get disconnected from chat. I'm 99% sure that its because of lots of contacts so please @Dave84311 delete it if there is no other way to fix a problem

Having an unstable connection and using proxies/vpns also cause the issue. If your connection drops in any way it will attempt to reconnect, download contacts, and their statuses. I have several thousand contacts and no problems unless there is an issue with MPGH and I'm connected right now just fine. If you're sure you want me to wipe your contacts I can do it.

i also have this problem always,
i also friends who not have many contact, but im always have this problem,
sometimes I try to change 60 IPs, 5 VPNs, 5 browsers, and within two hours it starts working, then when it wants to, it stops again, I don’t know what to do, a lot of nerves were spent
