Replacement can get cancelled even on the day of delivery
I opened a new MacBook pro and set it up but I did not enter the wifi or apple id. Only got worried after reading this forum. Can this risk my new replacement, I opened it before calling to get a new replacement. I have already got confirmation that a new replacement will be on it way. I have shut it down it put it away. But still worried despite not connecting it to the wifi or Apple ID.
Also, should I request a refund now or wait until it comes and go to the store? This is my first.

Use your brain man, how will Apple track you if you are not connected to Wi-Fi? You will be fine.
prop right it just when you are panicking you lose blood to the brain. Does this mean after getting of wifi they will track the mac? thx thou.

You won't have any issues, trust me. I did the same thing once and I was fine.
