Banned With Charlatano (Rat Poison)

I've gotten a VAC ban on my main account and my secondary account because both were linked to one phone number. The hack I was using was Charlatano, or Rat Poison. It is supposedly "Undetected" as of last week, and there are comments saying it still is.

But I got banned with minimal RCS or Aimbot, and I also don't play with walls.

Anyone know if the hack itself is detected? Maybe there was some other factor playing some role in this?
