    Have you quit smoking/using nicotine?

    I'm currently trying to quit nicotine cold turkey. I'm addicted to swedish snus and I've been using it for a bit over year, better than smoking, but it's still useless.

    I've already had some of my appetite restored on the first 24 hours of no nicotine it seems. I'm skinny and I'm never really hungry, maybe this will change it slightly?

    Are you addicted to nicotine rn? Trying to quit? Or already quit?

    I'm smoking but not that much. E-cigs are a great alternative if you wanna quit. Just start with like 6mg nicotine and then lower it every few weeks.
    Pretty sure that you will get heavy munchies while quitting. So that should be a nice side-effect for you if you wanna gain some weight.

    Yeah, I've heard about the tapering method, but I'll try quitting cold turkey first. So far 34 hours gone smoothly with no nicotine, whenever I have them cravings I try to just eat something. I'm basically trying to switch the nicotine cravings to food cravings and it's working pretty good.

    I'm going about this one day at a time, I'm trying to not think about the future. Quitting one day at a time :

    my dumbass friend is quitting smoking by using a vape. nigga thinks it has nicotine but it actually does not, even is written on the bottle but he still denies it. placebo effect, so you can use that.

    I've taken a puff out of a friends juul before, although it did have a pretty good taste I just rather avoid nicotine. If I'm going to smoke I would rather it be weed then cuz I know I won't be addicted to it. Is weed not an option for you?

    Weed is expensive here and I don't really even smoke so it's fine, I use snus which is like smokeless tobacco.
    Remember that if u smoke weed from a joint, u usually mix it with tobacco = nicotine so it burns better haha. Hell I can't even smoke joints now, gotta smoke them from a pipe or something
