Damn that sucks, yea I usually just smoke from my bong to avoid the toxic chemicals from the paper or leaf if a blunt or whatever. I mean eitherway we all are doing shit that isn't good for us. I did used to vape but it was 0 nic in it. Honestly there are tons of studies out there that shows working out can help with nicotine withdrawals. You also said you're skinny, working out will make you more hungry so instead of craving nic you can crave food, rebuild muscle and have a higher self esteem.

I'm currently trying to quit nicotine cold turkey. I'm addicted to swedish snus and I've been using it for a bit over year, better than smoking, but it's still useless.

I've already had some of my appetite restored on the first 24 hours of no nicotine it seems. I'm skinny and I'm never really hungry, maybe this will change it slightly?

Just make sure you don't start using it too often.
At first it feels like you got it under control, I can say that most of the currently addicted people to nicotine have said at one point "I am not addicted, I can quit at any time I want but I don't have a reason to right now" or stuff like that.

Of course you might not be fully addicted yet, but remember to watch out. Addiction is a nasty thing in the end. You become enslaved
