Not only is this disgusting, it is to be expected. The interest of capital and money will far outweigh human rights under the current system. I would like to stress this: Democratization of state is worth nothing if the workplace is not also democratized. If my livelihood depends on Job A and practicing my freedom of speech will cause me to lose Job A, I will not practice my freedom of speech and my freedom of speech is thereby suppressed and violated.
