Hey, I already made this thread in the hope someone will help me but no answers.
I have a lot of contacts, I have a very good PC and 150/50 mbps fiber connection so I guess it is enough to load a few mbs of contacts?
Before talking stuff like oh it's your PC and stuff, I can create a new account on MPGH and see that chat is working, but there is something bugged with my chat? maybe some contact? maybe something? What is a point of chat which I support if I can't use it, I mean what is the reason of button "Chat" being there if I can't use it, I don't want to delete contacts, I want to use it. IM Servers are overloaded, how I know? In the morning and late at night at +1 Timezone chat is always working normal, but on the day never, so don't tell me how my PC is not good or internet or something is wrong with me. It is wrong with chat or server or idk. Chat is tested if I can load it on Geforce now with 1 gbps connection, no.
So is this thread going to be again everyday bump or someone is willing to help me? At least try resetting the server?
I am not going to say stuff like "bring other communication services back" but can I expect at least IM chat to have the function to chat?

Started working now.
Normally, fast and no problems at all.
Someone stopped DDoS attacks or just there is no many people so server is fast. So it's not my PC or Internet "slow".

Might be your ISP, or your antivirus, or windows defender? Blocking MPGH's IM.
What if you try to connect using mobile data, or any other network, or use your mobile phone at that certain time that chat goes down for you on your PC.

Try it and see how it works out, and post back results.

Was not my point, I just want him to check if it works when it's down on his main device that he uses to access MPGH.

Worked for 13 hours. Around same time every day stop working. It's not working now.
I tried everything u said, if I create another MPGH Account it works fine, it don't work on mine because of too much contacts and server struggle with them.
Tried everything u said long ago.
So now I have to wait around 10 hours to be less users at night so it will start working, it's just sad.

What about working in the mornings only at +1 Timezone? Like 2-3 AM to 15-16 PM?
Can you restart the server now?
Just to mention, if I create other accounts and add people, everything works fine, but there is like 3 guys on chat, and here is a few k maybe?

If someone from staff wants to try to connect on my account I can give him my details.

And btw about attacks, yesterday it popped up Cloudflare error few times and it been very slow.

The embedded site version isn't meant for mobile. But soon we'll have a responsive page dedicated for IM which will work just fine on mobile.

What about this current situation, I don't really understand right now what is a problem? I used it normally months back, this happened like few times in a month, but this time almost 3 weeks, always stop working around same time, and I got connected sometimes by opening 15 tabs and clicking "chat" in every and "reconnect" in every, disconnecting my internet cable and putting it back lol
but sometimes that not working too, I get connected but IM is not responding, I send messages but they are not sent... and after few minutes chat give up and says:
An error occurred, please refresh.

or sometimes it get connected by clicking for 2 hours reconnect after saying I am already connected in single tab but now it says too early error occured

Okay, got connected after 50 minutes of clicking chat, today isn't dead like yesterday, but will see.
