Before you say shit, open your eyes and read , 'try new stores'. If you go under the section of giveaways you will see i'am giving away a free refund from the most known stores. Think before you talk.

refunding is a felony in the USA. if you trust some noob offering it for free you are stupid. That just facts. better off asking and looking into and trying yourself. or just pay the 7%

and yeah you never said "new" stores but by looking at your account I would not trust you even with "proof" that you have refunded before.
