H3RO injector seems to do the trick. Problem solved.
Hello MPGH community,
recently I have switched from Windows to Linux so did all my games. I think it's the best choice I've ever made but I'm not sure if it's also the case for injecting Windows DLLs into Windows games that run with Steam Proton. I'm aware that .so is the shared library format for Linux but I can't find an equivalent port of that dll... In particular I'm trying to inject MW2 lobby tools into MW2 running with Steam Proton. How can i achieve this? I have tried to run Extreme Injector and also Xenos injector with wine but that gave me a load of errors and didn't even start those injectors. Furthermore I searched and found the following script: https://gitlab.com/SparrowOchon/proton-exec I launched MW2 and Extreme Injector (also tried Xenos) with proton-exec but it wouldn't launch as well. I'm just looking for a simple method to inject Windows DLLs into Windows games running on Linux with Proton. Is there a way to do that? Thank You for your time.
Greetings
