Personally I would not touch a CC bought online, Unless you know what you are doing and you run an operation.

most people who buy them just buy a shit ton of gift cards and stuff to resell ASAP. but this is very naughty and a group of 3 was arrested in a town near me for doing this like 2 months ago.

If you knew what you were doing with them , then you'd be making hundreds of thousands and wouldnt be needing new ideas.
