How do you succesfully create another account after a Privacy.com shutdown?

My privacy account was recently shutdown and I've tried opening another account with a different bank account but it keeps shutting me down right away (can't create cards). I'm using a VPN and switched servers and I've changed the mac address. What else can I do? I am using my own personal info when I create the account, but I assumed I had to so it would match what the bank account says.

the best way to do this is but creating or using a Virtual Machine, or Remote desktop service. if you can create a virtual machine then it's good. try using a static ip address FRESH never used. i'd recommend using Ipburger. get a discount on ebay to start with. they're the best!
if you get shut down that means you are somehow leaking your real IP address. try using a WebRTC plugin via firefox but if you are using upburger then there's no need. try using a completely cleaned never used browser. i'd create a new user account on the computer, then get FIRST ipburger then go from there.

im interested in how you happen to create VCC using privacy.com i heard you cannot use these VCC on paypal , is that true?
