Ban Rate For Modded Accounts?

I am thinking of getting that juicy 200m for 1€ package from some seller

From experience, what is the ban rate after modding/resetting your account? He is using Impulse One mod

I am not doing anything crazy, just rank 200 + 200m. No unlocks or all achievements

Im playing gta on pc for quite a while, and I only got banned for one time.
If you dont mess up whole lobbies, or try to do weird stuff to your character, you will be fine.

But dont buy packages where the seller DROPS the money to your character (money bags that u collect), as this method SEEMS to be detected.
