Hook it with a pp and get btc/gc with it, Btc sellers on here take 5%-20%, if your trying to order something on a website just buy the gc for the website and use that.

You could sell it on paxful/localbitcoin but fees are higher than on here most of the time, But try other things besides PP. Google pay, Apple pay, Vemmo, Square, Cash App, Stripe, Facebook Messenger lol i know it sounds kinda funny but it works pretty well.

If its locked to retailers you are going to have to sell the card.

You can definitely find someone willing to trade it for bitcoin and then sell the bitcoin for Paypal or whatever it is you are wanting.

Only downside is you will lose a little bit of the cards worth in a trade. :P
