Packet Tamperer

Trying To Exploit Things with packet tamperer but everything is server sided anyone knows any trick ? i can spawn items but they wont keep, after relog it get removed i tryed to (itzb] spawn items for merge but its not working too, also stacking temp item but doesnt turn in quest with exploited item anyone have any idea?

That's cuz all those have been recently patched.
You could do them back in 2008-2013 just fine but not anymore after that timeframe

there is something you could do with tamperer such as getting item that you want from doom spin wheel or treasure chest
or i can say you you have the possibility to break "You will receive one of the following items"

i tryed it on my main account and banned for 7 day but it worked
