Stuck attacking in glitched room

In the "Commanding Shadow Essences" quest in a glitched 'shadowrealm' room, I'm stuck attacking the 'Shadow Lord' even though I have all the items, until it lags a bit and grimoire goes to the next command to complete the quest. It's as if grimoire doesn't realize that I have already killed the enemy, and continues to attack it over and over again, instead of just 3 times. Is there a work around?

Glitch Room make respawn time to zero to all monster, Grimoire doesn't realize that you have killed an enemy. Dont glitch the room uwu

To bypass that you can use the regular kill command and loop it.
