Well i just used it, i added soem items only to 1 survivor and changed values to 49, also added some teachable perks but got nothing.
Thats all i did, whats a safe amount of items you would recommend?

i stuck at download DBD 3.0 i check C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_381210\depot_381 211 but still don't have easyanticheat folder

You have to wait until it downloads it be patient

DLCs had been unlocked (idk if you can still do it) via some Steam exploits, like SteamCrack, or modification in game files (like with skin unlock). As far as I seen, for now you can't yet do it.

I have 2 steam accounts (account A and Account B), if i use saveinjector on my account A and be permaban, will my account B also be permaban ?

for information thoses 2 accounts are used on the same computer.

No, they dont ban ips or hwid they ban accounts.
