Refaund in Russia, please recommend good service

Which store and refunder would you suggest?
I know much stores don't send items in my country.

I have done lots of refunds for russian people and I always recommend them to find drops or private reships in US/EU.
On my experience, only few stores are refundable in Russia. Mostly via Paypal dispute(Farfetch, Mr Porter, etc)

I've got friends in RUssia and the refund making money method isn't working well right there. Move to Europe for few month get a temporary job, good paypal and start to get items then sell and comeback with cash. THis actually can work.
