Help copying data from an excel sheet to another program

Hey guys!

Okay, so I need some help for work!
I need a programme or script to copy data from an excel sheet and paste it in another software (Retail Engagement Program if you've ever heard of it)

It's super basic and if u can help I would really appreciate it! here are some screenshots!

I need to transfer the data from the excel sheet to that software. Btw if it helps the data on the excel sheet is in the same order as the software. Eg. you can just press tab and enter the next value on the software.

Doesn't this work out of the box? Do you have access to some sort of API for pasting values to the target application?
