Is the Quest Packet Spammer got patched? (CraggleRock Rep)

So i'm trying to make a packet spammer for craggle rock rep.

Didn't seems to work, it always pop up Quest Complete Failed alert.
So is it patched?

Explain how this works. You accept a quest, join a map, get a temp. map item and accept some dropped item and complete it? You would need to get the item, in order to pick it up. Also, just use the get drop function or add item to the item whitelist and enable picking up whitelisted items, instead of sniffing the specific item ID and using the packet function.
