Active Club Changer

I added someone who would actively change their club tag in the middle of champion select to any club he wanted e.g. L9, <3, Yasuo, etc.
They changed their club tag more than 3 times and to limited club tags as well so I assumed that they had some way to actively change their club to whatever they desired.
The club tag also persisted into the game itself.
Also, their mood message in league is not capped as shown in the image below.

Anyone know how they did all of this?
If you have the actual method I would like to buy it ^_^ thanks !
