Namechange request

Dear Liz,

We've had another account called @chicksgold but recently requested it to be purged considering we thought we were unable to comply with the forum rules. It appears however we should be able to, it just requires a bit of reworking on our thread designs. If possible we'd like to have the name @chicksgold assigned to this account. @chicks would be even better, but ofcourse we'd need to comply with the namechange requirements which at this moment don't.

I figured this is a different kind of request considering the name belong(ed) to us and is not being used at this moment, hence this request.

You cannot bypass the name change requirements regardless of whether or not you owned the account. I could restore the account, but if you used the same email to create this account I cannot do so, and you would need to provide a new one, or change this account's email to something else.

Thank you for your response. Our aim is to get @chicks instead, so I guess we'll start working up to that one.
