Yeah, because every dollar will go to a person and not a corrupt government. Or maybe countries bitch at us when we get involved, but when we don't get involved they still bitch at us. Or, maybe 35 billion couldn't take care of people for 15 years and you need to get your facts checked. It's not the governments job to give money, it's the American people. The American government isn't exactly the world's caretaker. America gives billions away each year, yet that hasn't even provided one year of wiping out problem @ 35 billion / 15 years, is 3 billion a year. Good stuff.
