wtf is this dot on my screen

I screenshotted the smaller dot in the left side that's on my display, and the bigger dot (in the right) was taken from my phone, transferred
into my pc, also screenshotted.

this happens only when i use cheats, wtf is this dot. like why does it happen?

i used aw before and it happened too. i use interium and onetap and this happens also.

how do u get rid of this dot
