a cheat engine enabler for v100

please can someone create a cheat engine enabler for v100 so we can use .CT tables to use mega gobblegums offline or maybe a trainer that can do the same thing.

if you even know the way to do it but don't want to waste time creating it, just please explain the details and I will try to create a tool and publish it here.

My game closes as soon as I open cheat engine.
I tried using the kernel debugger, and it doesn't work.
If someone fixes this for V100 please let me know, I would like to use mega gobblegum to.
