First, who says everyone owns a Photoshop. Have you ever checked the price of Photoshop? Do you know that not owning a legal Photoshop could get you arrested in some countries? Unless you have tons of money to pay for the fine... Now, that doesn't stop people from using it, and i don't personally mind, but... somehow i don't find it the easiest thing to do, take the most expensive photoediting software and simply apply a brush, well it is simple inside the program, but you must first get to it :P I have to say i prefer Gimp.
As for the mod itself, it's not _at all_ about how it's made. It's all about how it looks, and do people like it? Personally i think it looks great and good job 3L!T3.

well first off al i made this mode to release something . Alixl2 knows more ^^ . and this is my 8th mod i guess so GTFU . i made 6mods then i stopped for 3-4 months . and ohh yeah its a brush mod what a shame ..... it was just to test the gold .
