[RELEASE FSP] Increased RoF M16 With the same MODEL (BETTER THAN RAPIDFIRE)

YOU CANNOT VM HOW TO DO THIS, YOU CANNOT PM HOW TO THIS, YOU CANNOT LOOK AT HEX AND COPY ME, YOU CANNOT TAKE MY ANIBASE AND USE IT FOR YOURSELF, YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH IT EXCEPT FOR USING IT FOR THE M16, AND YOU CANNOT TOUCH THE LTBS, AT ALL, AND RELEASE.

This is waaaay much better than rapid fire, rapid fire wastes too much bullets, and you can't tap fire with it. This one you can tap fire, and kill when someone is near you. Its slower than Rapid fire and minigun, but its faster than MP7 and all of the SMGs. There is also increased rate of fire in the g36e, sorry about that.
