The only thing I have noticed changing is that you won't be able to use your Credit Card to buy Steam Balance. (since details won't match your credit card)
However, you can always use Gift cards disregarding of their currency, Steam gift cards work worldwide (as far as I know & tried myself)

Quick question, when if you go back to your original region, will i be able to use my credit card again?

Don't think this works anymore, I tried it multiple times on multiple different countries and it keeps asking me to input a billing address in that country and purchase 1 steam game. Only then my steam gift cards currency exchanges to the country my vpn is running on.

There is a way of moving your account to Argentina, but it is very expensive

Another way is to look for not well known VPN's (definitely not TOP-50) because Steam marks VPN servers IP and block them.

And last thing about moving money to your Argentina steam account:
-buy items from marketplace (in your original account or created in your country)and trade to your argentina account, next sell this in ARS$.
-find Argentina giftcards on webs like g2a/cdkeys(because global seems not working now)
