if you mean by using cheat engine, i have no idea unless you buy a paid cheat.
I know exactly how to use 4x urban evasion seems 4x fixated is so useless.. but I want to increase the speed including the Killer speed like being above 115% speed than using perks.. also, I want to increase the tier of any perk like Bond and Empathy for Killers
