ADV Dupe Stealer/prop cloner

I saw someone do this a while ago, he managed to steal someones props placed down, how do I do this?

Actually it's easy to achieve, I just took a look at adv dupe 2's source code and generated my own files with map's props. You can't get constraints as a client but you can weld every props when generating the dupe.
