    how to i find those values in cheat engine. when i search for health or ammo nothing is displayed. i know that BE hides the process but would really figure out how to find them

    I don't know about CE but I find it with IDA. Just look up on string '%dm' below string 'BlackShot/data/sound/mp3/333-04.ogg'. You will find something.
