Hello guys and girls, my name is Chris, I'm 19 years old and I found a profitable niche to earn money with spotify.
To maximize the profit for us my friends and I started to provide a service, where you can just lean back and earn money while we do the same.
But before all this can start I have to ask @niggo , @RespectNF or @HALOS117 to help me with the requirements to open a service.
Since our services takes about 1-3 months for a payout + it has high costs for us we are not willing to giveaway 50 EUR, sorry.
If there is a reasonable solution for this, let me know!

If your going to sell spotify streams why not just do a giveaway?If your trying to guarantee earnings. Maybe have some type of assurances or insurance?

Didn't read anything about exceptions in the rules. If you want to open a service, you will have to do a giveaway.
Approval aside, doing a successful giveaway and maybe a free vouch when you start your thread will help with sales. See the 50 or whatever EUR as an investment.
I'm sure you are going to earn more than 50eur if you are offering a good service.
