VPS rules:

- Crypto currency mining is prohibited.
- Scanning foreign networks/IP addresses is prohibited.
- Using fake IP’s is prohibited.
- DDoSsing is prohibited.
- Running botnets is prohibited.

LightVPS ToS:

- Refunds will NOT be given at any time.
- Replacements will be given if anything happens within the month of usage. You agree to this when using my service.
- Servers will NOT be renewed unless discussed and an agreement is made between me and the client.
- Data can be backed up and uploaded onto a new server. Backup your data daily, I will not be held accountable for any data loss.
- If you require a replacement in the event of your VPS not working, you MUST open a ticket and not message me. Replacements will only be given within the first month of it not working, sometimes warranty for certain specs such as high core VPS and dedicated servers are less than a month. I will only replace your server with a server that has the same specs as the server you purchased unless stated otherwise. This means you won't be able to receive a 20 core dedicated server as a replacement for a 24 core or a 16 core cloud server as the two are entirely different.
- Failure to comply with the above terms may result in your VPS being stopped without refund!

At the moment I am not selling dedicated servers since I am out of stock due to them being in high demand, I am still testing them. However, the difference would be the speed of the servers. The CPU's are much faster and there are many variations compared to the VPS's I have. With that said, both dedicated and regular VPS servers are still fast and you won't notice much difference in performance. A dedicated server would benefit you if you wanted to use it as a visualizer and create multiple servers off it, with that you would need a lot of RAM and a good number of cores. So there's not much difference between both, apart from the speeds of the server itself but you will notice if you do decide to buy from me that the speeds of my VPS servers are identical to dedicated servers. Hope that helps!
