MCC Toolbox-
MCC Toolbox is a trainer designed to work across all MCC titles and is intended for custom game and campaign use only. Using this tool online without being in mod mode will likely get you banned.

If you are using the windows store version you will need
to change the process name in settings!

Rapid fire, Thirdperson, FOV adjustments, Run speed, Unlimited ammo, Etc
Run MCC in window mode and press insert to bring up the menu, untick Top Most to close it

KNOWN ISSUES-
Sometimes Inf shields need to be ticked a few times to work, it can be abit buggy in Reach and Halo 2 sometimes not working
Some options may not work in firefight or custom games

Yes it should work with EAC on but you run the risk of getting banned. Let me know if you have any problems

I was just curious if there is any way to run this in regular EAC mode of does it have to be in the mod friendly mode.

I couldn't figure out how to so I just assume I am doing it wrong since just a pleb who like to cheat.

edit: just fyi I am able to run it perfectly in the mod friendly mode but cannot get it to do a single thing in the EAC mode.

I haven't tested this with EAC turned on as I made it with the intention for offline use not online cheating. It seems the only way is to bypass EAC which there was a method around at some point I don't know if it still works. There was also a method that allowed you to earn achievements with EAC off. This is something you would have to look into yourself.
