...i guess: no, but there is always a risk, you should never forget that, no matter if it's a small mods or some kind of hacks, ... the mighty banhammer can always hit you

personly i have been using and exchanging savegames for years in various games and never had any problems.
just stay under the radar, don't show off or anything, then this should work without problems.

when i get into the game i can keep the elite sets but the skins disappear from the guns. How can i fix this? And is there a way to be able to unlock all our own skins, for example putting black ice on all the guns, or the 2018 invitational skin on all the guns, instead of the ones chosen already in the save?

Blitz sadly you have to buy by your own cause blitz elite came with his elite shield and taking off the shield skin will cause also remove the elite skin so ya....
