    Multiple recipient in Private messaging is wonky

    Tried out multiple user recipient for my thread edit, and I stumbled upon this problem.

    Each usergroup (rank) has a set limit on how many people they can send a PM to.

    Staff roles get around 5-7 recipients per PM.

    That's all I know since I'm not an administrator.

    I'd assume basically every single rank except staff ranks have the 1 recipient limitation.

    We are getting rid of the PM system. It just isn't transparent enough and has been abused constantly in the past. That's why there are many limitations with it.
