Yeah it changes every time. If you are having issues finding the key, try using the automated program by @flynn1 which you can find HERE. In case that one fails because of the proxy (which we know the game doesn't like), then you can use my method which works because it doesn't use a proxy, but it is more time consuming.

I can't get it to work anymore, it gives me a Error:15 on EAC which then blocks the start of DBD

So I checked my method to see if it was patched, and I can clearly say:

It still works perfectly fine.

About the EAC error, I have absolutely no idea, try checking if you installed HTTP Debugger correctly and made the HTTP & HTTPS module start first when the program is launched. Also, for all others, try moving the certificate from the user certificate store to the system certificate store, that should most likely solve the issue as I don't have an issue with neither EAC nor an "Invalid SSL Certificate". In worst case, completely uninstall HTTP Debugger and reboot, and start the installation again from scratch.

I edited some rules to bypass the Banned message on the loading screen menu

I. To get access of the requests you have to change the .pak into the Dead by daylight's folder

0. Download 'pakchunk1-WindowsNoEditor.zip', extract it, and copy the file 'pakchunk1-WindowsNoEditor.pak'
1. Go on: '...\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\DeadByDaylight\Content\Paks'
2. Create folder for backup called "backup"
3. Move the real 'pakchunk1-WindowsNoEditor.pak' into the backup folder
4. Paste the patch 'pakchunk1-WindowsNoEditor.pak'

II. Download the rules's folder

0. Download 'Adrenaline-master.rar' and extract it
1. Copy the 'Rules' folder
2. Paste the folder on the Root 'C:'
if your root is not 'C:' you have to edit the file 'bypass.farx' and replace 'C:' by your Root

III. You need to already have configured the certificates

0. Open fiddler 4
1. Clic 'AutoResponder'
2. Clic 'Import...'
3. Go to C:\Rules
4. Select 'bypass.farx'
5. Clic 'Open'
6. Make sure that 'Enable rules' is selected
7. Restart Fiddler 4

Launch Dead by daylight

I don't get it... I have still access to the main menu without doing anything what you told to do. I can past the starting screen and i can also choose survivor or killer.. That's not the case.

Starting DBD -> Press to continue (go to main menu) -> choose survivor or killer -
Survivor: Failed to create a Party
Killer: Start (endless searching for Match)

That's it.
Account is banned. No possible way to bypass this problem

That I honestly can't say, I haven't looked into all the data the game transfers to the BHVR servers and back. I can imagine there to be a way, however it most likely is a private method as a public method would quickly get patched. There was a way to play as killer a while ago even though you were banned, however this method has by now been patched. I don't know of any public workarounds for now, you might have some luck with some private methods if you do manage to find someone who has one, although I can imagine it to be cheaper just buying a new account.

I have a new account but it sucks that there is still no possible way to bypass a Dev Ban. Nvm
