Savefile yes, but with the same playerid no. You`ll get an error. Your friend can give you his fullprofile and you would have to change the "playerUId" string with "YOURID".
You can do that only if he gives you his savefile. You can`t get it through steam profile or game profile.

no. even if you got their playerid, put it in a save file and injected it, it would only do it to your account. you'd need to be logged into their steam account to change their actual save and give them hacked items etc.
