"Open Editor" does not open the editor for me unfortunately.

Could you let me know how to do it right way?
I don't know much so i'm afraid it goes wrong
And i got some questions to ask
1. If i have no dlc for savefile, i got banned? or filled with my current dlc?
2. Need EAC bypass for this process?
3. Is this savefile containing huge items that I could banned with ticket report? (Could it be suspicious?)
4. Should i turn off any steam and dbd after extracting cookie? and then run injector?

2. No it's enough to run the cookie grabber, an EAC bypass is not needed
3. You will be the one editing your own savefile, first you dump it after entering your cookie then you open the editor and once you're done you inject it
4. Dbd gets closed automatically right after grabbing the cookie, just use the program and modify everything you need. After you injected your save close all the programs and open the game

Also I'd suggest to temporarily refrain from using cookie based programs, since there was a game update recently after what has been a week of release of the cookie method. If someone gets banned for using the cookie method it's surely because of the use of softwares after this update.

I just wanna unlock perks without thousand time playing, so I already bought almost all dlc legal way.
What do you think if I just modify Blood points with EAC pass, Cheat engine and unlock blood webs manually?
Is it more safe way for me?

The editor exe in general doesn't open.
It says couldnt create ssl/tsl secure channel on a save dump attempt. May Win7 compatibility be the issue as with another injector for 4.1.0?
Tried to open editor as admin and nothing happened.
