Intro to nitePR for PSP cheating in games for beginners.

What is nitePR?

NitePR is a CE (cheat engine) for a PSP. Editing, deleting and freezing or replacing values for any game to take advantages

So, how can we get started?

First we need nitePR installed on our PSP. Note that your psp should have CFW (Custom Firmware) installed, otherwise it will not work.

I have attached nitePR files that are needed for your psp
so download them and heres is the instructions :

1) Copy nitePR.prx to x:\seplugins\
note that x stands for your PSP drive when it is connected to your computer.
"seplugins" is the folder you move the prx file to.

2) In x:\seplugins\
you have to create a text (txt) file and name it game .
now open that and type this line in it :
ms0:/seplugins/nitePR.prx
Now save and close that txt file.

3)In x:\seplugins\
Create a folder called nitePR
that is the folder you will be placing your cheats/ values in.

Before you begin putting any cheats, go to your PSP recovery menu
(holding the R button when booting) and go to SEPlugins and enable the nitPR.prx

Putting cheats on the PSP:
Put the txt that contain the values into :
x:\seplugins\nitePR
make sure the txt file is named as the original games ID.

Start the game you want to cheat in and :

When selecting cheats:
Cheats don't take effect till you tap the music button once
NitePR has to generate "OFF codes" and it does not do this till you press the music button at least once

After pressing the music button ONCE, then you'll be able to turn on/off codes whenever using the music button
(music button won't work while the menu's showing)

selecting cheats with the SQUARE button makes them blue - these cheats stay on until you turn em off in the menu
- they DON'T get turned off by the music button
selecting chreats with the CROSS/X button makes them white - these cheats are turned on/off with the music button
So when it says "Cheats are OFF" - the WHITE cheats ARE off but the BLUE CHEATS STAY ON until you deselect them in the menu

So this is the general Idea how the NitePR works in game


a) Press the Volume + and - buttons at the same time to bring up the cheat selection menu
b) At the menu, press X to select/deselect cheats
c) Press O to return back to the game
d) Press the NOTE button to turn on/off the selected cheats
e) You can freely press the + and - buttons to bring up the cheat menu, and then deselect cheats to turn them off individually

Method 2: Have cheats that are always On
a) Press the Volume + and - buttons at the same time to bring up the cheat selection menu
b) At the menu, press [] to enable/disable cheats
c) What [] does is that it allows you to select cheats to have ALWAYS on!
d) Cheats selected with X turn on/off with the music button, but cheats selected with [] don't!!!


[] = the squre button on the PSP!!!
