I got banned like.. 3 or more months ago
And did not want to buy this game again
Now I want to go play it again, but I need a new key ofcourse..

Is there any other way to get a key instead of buying the whole new game?

umm listen dont try this at all i've been hunting for a key for about a 4 months and no theres no such things a keygen for mw2 its just not possible for steam game keygen

Google for a site which sells cd-keys.
You could also go to the market place:

Don't search for a keygen, they dont exist, they are all fake.

if you have the disc, RETURN THE DISC TO WALMART, you don't need any receipt or anything they will look it up to make sure you purchased it say "it was a gift" and that it doesnt load. they will replace your game for free. trust me i have been banned more then 5 times.

Trying to fool people from shops it's not that easy, but it is possible.
I got banned, buyed an account for 12 euros.
Still using it, but that guy doesn't sell accounts anymore, he had all possible games on Steam.
