Logistics for a cure for rona

Say that one day a cure was developed and it was 100% effective.

How long do you think it will take to mass-produce this cure for all 7 billion people?
How long do you think it will take for get everyone immunized with this cure?
How do you think they will delegate the immunizations to people? Elderly first, children, everyone at once? If so, how would they record who has got it, who hasn't got it?

Imagine the clusterfuck of organization that will go into ensuring everyone in immunized with the cure.

Do you think maybe that they will just open back up all stores, jobs, remove restrictions. Then just give immunizations to people who get the virus? Do you think if they did this, that they would make testing kits more widely available? Do you think that they will still try give the cure to all people with previoous conditions before opening everythiing again?


What do you think is the best way for governments to handing out these cures?

Wasn't there a study that said that for this virus the immunization is just temporary? So let's say you get through it once but after a few weeks you are still susceptible to getting infected again.
Hopefully I'm wrong but I remember reading this somewhere.
