I started my order last year and it's still not completed. I posted previously about it and the seller told me they would get to it. Well that ended up in my account getting temp banned and I hadn't even logged into it. I was told that after my temp ban was over that my account would be worked on again and that I was under warranty.

That was months ago and I still haven't heard anything. Every time I attempt to reach out I never hear anything back and it's just like I'm jumping through all these hoops and going in circles for a service I already paid for.

I doubt there's anyone still waiting to have an order completed from last year and I've been very patient and understanding but I just want to get this taken care of.
